Meritus' network of organizations and contacts have grown tremendously in the past year. Here are some of the organizations Meritus has and continues to work with:

College Bound Network

In October 2004, Meritus became a founding member of the Bay Area College Bound Network (CBN). CBN is a network of Bay Area organizations providing financial and programmatic support to low-income, college bound youth. Its members share information on best practices and innovative approaches to more effectively serve students and families and ensure their success in pursuit of a college education. CBN is a model of collaboration in support of its students and each other.

Members include:

Achieve

Incentive Awards Program

100% College Prep

San Francisco Unified School District

Thanks to the wonderful counselors and principals of San Francisco's public school district, students at each district high school receive information and encouragement to apply for the Meritus scholarships. Meritus prepares presentations about Meritus' guidelines and selection process every fall of the academic school year for counselors. They are a crucial part of the application process, encouraging high potential students to apply and distributing copies of the application. Andrew Ishibashi, the principal of George Washington High School, and Frank Tom, the Assistant Superintendent of the SFUSD, are on Meritus' Board of Directors.
